  • "Malfunctioning/ Bad Support!!! No phone, Evasive emails"
    on by MartyrStar

Pros Well at first I really wanted to give this thing a chance. I play COD Black Ops. I like the extra buttons, it allowed me to move better in the game without letting go of my aim. But for what cost?

Cons Aim is not as good vs. the Xbox controller. My mic cable shorts out. I had to disable the vibration because I get weird pops in the headset. The controller erratically looks down on its own. This controller is uncomfortable. I started developing a permane

Summary It's a catch 22. They make this controller to allow you to do more at once, but utilizing it most efficiently means being really uncomfortable. I think this controller is a complete failure due to poor design. That is if the controller doesn't look down on it's own and short out your headset cables.

Pros ABXY and triggers are awesome. Programmable buttons are also nice, but rendered useless because you have to map left and right thumbstick press to them.

Cons TERRIBLE for FPS games where you need to push the thumbstick in. If you are max tilt on the stick, you cannot push them. FAQ for the Onza says that you might have issues if you crank the sensitivity way up. I had issues with it all the way down as well

Summary I've generally been satisfied by Razer products, but this one is design fail. I would wager it would be alright for racing games, but can't see it being useful for much else.

  • "Not durable at all"
    on by tmc1115

Pros I can knife when playing on tactical in call of duty and it has better abxy buttons

Cons ****** durability, bumbers and LS stop clicking

Summary Its a good controller if they fixed the durability, I was going to get another one but my warranty ran out as soon as I started having problems with it. Thats messed up...

  • "Best controller I've ever used, almost perfect."
    on by XxColdFusionxX

Pros Stick sensitivity- The analog sticks are much more sensitive than the Microsoft, LG, and Madcatz I own.

Multi function bumpers- I'm still getting used to them, I've only had the controller for a day. I sometimes press the wrong one when in a jam. Still,

Cons D-pad- While it's still the best out of the controllers I own, it still has flaws. It's raised unnecessarily high off the controller, and the buttons feel clunky when pressed. When playing Battlefield BC2, it got in the way of me pressing the back button

Summary To note some things I couldn't fit in the Pros. There is a safety connection in the cord by where it plugs into the xbox so if tripped over the cord itself will come apart instead of your xbox on the floor, or the usb connection being ripped out. The A, B, Y, X buttons are back lit, which looks really nice.

The Razer Onza is the best controller I've ever used, it's comfortable to hold, light in your hands, has quality features, and is at a competitive price. I'd recommended it to anyone looking for a gaming controller.

  • "Paying money to a company and getting nothing."
    on by letrappe

    Pros It doesn't kill you.

Cons It costs money and the product does not work out of the box.

Summary The customer support is horrendous and the RMA policy is flawed.

    Updated on Jan 28, 2013

The support team is only following their policies and the policy they have is ridiculous. They will NOT help a customer out at all. I hope the company goes out of business.
