didn't work, no support -- AVOID TALKING PANDA PRODUCTS

Pros: None, because I never got it to work.

Cons: I bought the iLingo AsiaPack for my Nano 3G. Product never worked, despite hours of wasted time. Talking Panda NEVER responded to my two support requests via their site, and they provide no other contacts. AVOID TALKING PANDA PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS.

Review: What do you call a product that doesn't work or include any support? TALKING PANDA. By the way, if you're considering buying their new iPhone software: don't.

Review: product support is abysmal - sent several e-mails and no response. no other way to contact them. their tech support site is useless just like this product

Unworkable product, no support, no way to contact them except email which they don't answer

Pros: None as the program doesn't load

Cons: Program does not load to iPhone despite labels on box

Review: Support does not answer email, no phone number or address available, product does not support iPhone despite box label saying it does. WORTHLESS and close to a fraud! Do not buy this!

Sounds Like a Great Item...NOT

Pros: I have none to state

Cons: Difficult to Install, Customer support

Review: I purchased the iLingo Talking Panda Asia Pack, it didn't work apparently because the files needed to run on OS-X Tiger are not on the CD. I call their customer "support" and they passed me onto Technical "support". They in turn tell me to send an email to "support". Well, finally two days later, I received a link to download the files I need for it to run, but it was the Euro Pack . I installed it anyway I did as directed and wow, the words "Talking Panda" looked really nice on my iPod. Well, looks aren't everything, I tried to launch it and all it does is crash and reboots my iPod. I tried it multiple times, same result.
I now have a link for the Asia pack. I will uninstall the Euro pack and give this one a try. Hopefully it works.
I would expect these programs to be horrible when they are freeware, but $40 for a program that is so difficult to get working?
I hope it is worth it.
