"DOA problems, Lousy customer service"
Pros: 1- Small. 2- Feels solidly built. 3- Great price (with coupon code).
Cons: 1- Arrived DOA, GPS receiver unable to find a satellite. 2- Belkin Tech said that DOA was a COMMON problem with these units. 3- Horrendous customer service; both incompetent AND rude. 4- Took 4 phone calls and a manager to resolve, and all without an apo
