"When it works, it is a nice portable unit. When it doesn't, support in non-existent!"
Pros: Nice portable unit.
Cons: Customer service/support is non-existent!
Summary: I purchased this unit to use while traveling. Having it integrated with my smartphone makes it very portable and convenient to use. The maps are clear and the navigating directions are good. But...the gps unit has trouble finding locations. The Palm website has no useful technical support for this product, and it has no contact numbers for customer service or support. After obtaining the contact number from the corporate office, the technician could offer no help, and referred me to Tom Tom. Tom Tom's email support could not help and referred me to Helux, which was "most likely the manufacturer" of my unit. Again, no contact number or website address. In short, the support for this unit is TERRIBLE!

You are better off asking one of those people with the will work for food signs! All you will get from Tomtom, Palm, Verizon is "we don't support this other vendors stuff" What about their part in this? No one seems to know anything! Don't buy this JUNK!
