"This is JUNK! With NO support!"
Pros: The receiver is small! even though it doesn't work!
Cons: NOTHING works as it should - No support
Summary: Nothing about this JUNK is good! I have spent almost 2 months trying to make this JUNK work. Still nothing. Even replace the phone because I though that was the problem. It states "No GPS Device". The customer support is a joke. They just run you around! I have called Verizon, Palm, Tomtom and GlobalSat and no one can help. At least GlobalSat was nice and has tried to help. As for the rest they don't support each others stuff. Well, you cannot buy as one thing. Only sold in bundles and the bundles are not sold by Verizon so it is impossible to get support. The "geeks" at verizon have never even heard of this let alone support it. Do yourself a favor and run from this JUNK. Sounds good but don't fool yourself. Avoid the misery I have suffered. RUN!
PS They will not allow a rating less than 1 or I would have given it lower!

The problem is with Verizon, not Tomtom. Although they have the best coverage, they have the worst phones. Verzion locks out so many features on their phones. I would be surprised if you're able to link anything to your Verizon phone via bluetooth other than a headset. Verizon wants you to use their VZ Navigator and does not want you to use a 3rd party GPS receiver/GPS software combo.
