"Versatile, fun product for the money."
Pros: Accurate, updates quickly, many features, simple hand controls.
Cons: Practically no connectivity, no maps, and it takes forever to enter lat/long. info.
Summary: This is one of the best $110 purchases I have ever made. I meant just to use my GPS for backpacking and possible geocaching, but I was pleasantly surprised that it is fast and versatile enough to even use in the car, with a little more effort than a normal auto unit. It provides tons of travel information and you can program waypoints by their lat/long in google earth without ever having been there. It will then guide you accurately to your destination. Some drawbacks are the lack of maps because it can't really connect to a computer, and the amount of time it takes to enter info without a proper keyboard. However, the simple 5-button hand controls make it possible to use while wearing ski gloves, and it has a nice backlight.
It also connects to satellites quickly.
