"rugged and waterproof"
Pros: Colors... and very fast tracking.
Cons: limited memory(built in)
Summary: Awesome unit...been using mine since 2005 and it shows no weakness after spending months in the Desert AND in the Arctic. The unit will get you where you want to go and as loads of features for everyone to enjoy. The one I have was used extensively in Iraq and Afghanistan and was much better/faster/accurate then the military models we had and they cost thousands of dollars more...it saved our butts so many times. HQ,take note of the following facts: When you turn it on it will take no more then 10-15seconds to get a signal and you're good to go right away...kinda important when under fire/attack.
For a couple hundred dollars you can't go wrong, instead of buying 3000$ units that takes 3-5mins to get a signal.
