Pros: The Screen is very readable even in bright daylight.

Voice directions are loud and easy to understand.

You can get rid of the anoying popup ads without turning off the traffic reports by simply connecting your unit to your computer via USB and deleting

Cons: I bought the most expensive unit Garmin makes (3790LMT)and had to return the first one I was shipped because it would tell me to drive through lakes. It apparently thought I was driving a boat! The second one I received is better but has issues. (See belo

Summary: It's better than my old unit (also a garmin) mainly because it was unreadable in the daylight.

You can get rid of the anoying popup ads without turning off the traffic reports by simply connecting your unit to your computer via USB and deleting the RDS_LBA.ddb file in the ?:/.system/DDB directory from it.

My review and my update were incomplete!! Don't know if they were being edited or there was some malfunction with the site but in any case it's anoying!!
