    "Will never get lost again"

Pros: Easy install, easy configuration, very quick rerouting

Cons: User interface is based on a learning curve. Can be difficult to navigate at times, no backup feature for favorites or custom POIs

Summary: This is a Garmin manufactured unit. Compatible with most video headunits from Kenwood. Installation was fairly easy, but I have a Kenwood DDX-6019 headunit and I didn't realize I had to turn on the navigation option so it took longer than it should have. Setup is very easy as most of it is self syncing. When typing in the names of your favorites, it gives only an option for ABC (as opposed to QWERTY) as an input, but Garmin offers an update to allow either input option.

Once installed, you'll be eager to try it out. I recommend playing with it in an empty parking lot without lightposts because I've found myself adjusting the different options while driving. This unit offers an emergency break "Safe Mode" where the display will go blank while you're driving so you aren't distracted, but this option is bypassable by a setting in the unit.

It offers tons of features, importable custom POIs (Point-of-Interest) in CVS (comma delimited txt file) and Garmin even offers and upload utility for free that is very easy to use that will import the POIs into a database. But since there is no backup option, if you create a new POI database on your MMC to import, it will overwrite any current Custom POIs you may have uploaded.

I've only had it for a few days, but I have no major complaints. Rerouting is almost instantanious depending on Satalite availability. When travelling a suggested route it gives you your current speed, direction, and ETA to destination.

If you have a Kenwood video head unit, I highly recommend this add-on, you will not be disappointed.
    Updated
I'm currently looking into getting the Smart XM Antenna to replace my Turk XM receiver I have installed. With the ability for a weather forcast, traffic updates and XM radio, its all I could ask for, I just wish the product wasn't so expensive at $270

Does this unit alow you to put routes on the sd card off your computer before putting into unit? I like to be able to plan business trips at my computer instead of sitting in my car and having to put all the addresses in. Please advise. Thanks!
