"This is not an intuitive device to use."
Pros: The accuracy seems to be good.
Cons: One needs to know the basics before you use the Triton. I didn't. There was not a definition of terms and the conventions take a lot of getting used to. I read the entire users manual twice and still am confused after trying all week.
Summary: If and when I get used to the Triton 400, I may change my rating, but thus far it is a very difficult device to start using with little knowledge of waypoints, geocaches, etc. The instructions on how to use the thing are pitiful for a novice like me.

THE TRITON IS NOT AS ACCURATE AS THE EXPLORIST SERIES THEY REPLACED. THEY WILL BE OFF BY MORE THAN 15' IN GOOGLE EARTH WHEREAS THE EXPLORIST 210 IS WITHIN 6' ON AVERAGE.
