Pros: Smaller than other GPS watches. Looks like other sports watches so you can wear it when not running. Large easy to read display so there is no focusing in on it when running.

    Cons: Battery life?

Summary: I was leary of purchasing due to a handful of negative reviews. I'm pleased with it after a couple runs (2 5milers) I used my old gps app on my phone to track the first run and they were very close. I think a lot of people don't take into account the 2.5% any gps claims to be off. No gps will be 100% accurate. This watch is very easy to use, plain and simple. I don't use a heart sensor so I can't speak about it. I'm happy I got it however I'm not sold on the battery life but hard to tell off the gauge how much as been used in a day.
