"The worst product ever Pioneer/Futureshop offer no help"
Pros: I have spent 25.5 hrs over several visits due to problems with the F900BT and one time I was in Futureshop for 6 hrs waiting for them to fix problems that were never fixed, on top of the 25.5 hrs wasted time I had my truck off the road for 2 days
Cons: It doesn't work most of the time, all of the features fail at some point and some never work, response time is extremely slow, you can drive for half an hour before the GPS kicks in
Summary: voice recognition doesn't work, I say call Mark, it calls Barb, I say call Home and it calls Adel, Navigation doesn't light up all the time and sometimes when it does I am already at the place I was looking for, as for the Ipod, you need to connect and disconnect it as it doesn't work all of the time, the list goes on, save your money and your nerves, dealing with Futureshop and Pioneer is a waste of time and energy.

first off i believe that you were informed about any of the problems before hand, if there was anything wrong with the unit you could have replaced it, and maybe the calling didnt work because you have a speach impediment, that would cause the unit to not work very well either sorry for the inconveinence i have one myself works perfectly fine, Futureshop installed it, did custom work to the dash to fit it, and 2.0 update makes it work flawlessly sorry for your issues and i hope that bashing companies and products isnt your fulltime job
