Pros: Hard to say what I like because the unit does not operate as advertised.
Cons: Bought new in December 2008. Software glitch does not allow it to interface with computer, which limits many features such as trip planning, password protect, etc. Also was supposed to have a 30 day newest map guarantee download, did not work either.

"Good Product; important features lacking..."
Pros: Very rapid response - quickly locks in on signal. Touch screen works very well, even with gloves. Price. Mounting system works well. Rugged. Bluetooth instructions to Cardo headset works well.
Cons: 1. No internal speaker; have to buy car mount to get speaker. 2. No Text to Speech (no excuse on an expensive unit). 3. No ability to determine altitude. 4. Very limited number of compatible bluetooth phones.

"Awful customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Pros: The best thing about this piece of junk was when I smashed it against the wall.
Cons: Rider 2 died after 6 months, could not load maps. TomTom would not repair and ignored my problem after they couldn't fix it even though it was in warrenty period.
