"You do not want this one."
Pros: Hard to say what I like because the unit does not operate as advertised.
Cons: Bought new in December 2008. Software glitch does not allow it to interface with computer, which limits many features such as trip planning, password protect, etc. Also was supposed to have a 30 day newest map guarantee download, did not work either.
Summary: Many features do not work because of the computer interface software glitch. Customer support seems to consist of people answering the phones, not really support people. Long wait times on the phone. The same problems seem to have been occuring for quite some time in reading the TomTom club forum (see link on the main TomTom page). Wish I had read through these customers comments before buying.

never had any of these problems with mine... i love the thing and swear by it. either the device was defective or there is a short between the TT2 and your computer... you! lol
