"couldn't use the burn tool" on April 25, 2002

Summary: I couldn't use the burn too when after I used the pentool to create a shape of an object, although the pen tool looks improved with auto painbucket color, but after you select our path or that, and when you try to manage to use burn tool, it just have a sign there and wouldn't let you use it, and the photoshop said, can't do it ! This sux, my old photoshop 6 can do that, but not this! disappointed!
