"Best little product out there for sketching!"
Pros: The tools in Sketchbook Pro are intuitive and exactly what I need for my work! I love the custom and texture brushes! Sketchbook is simple to use and fun. The layers are easy to use, the interface in uncluttered, and it has a small footprint.
Cons: There isn't any kind of mirroring. However, in Sketchbook 2010 Pro they added symmetry and a ruler.
Summary: I love Sketchbook because it is easy to use, you aren't bombarded with panels, menus, and other windows, things are at your fingertip, there is no real learning curve (unlike Photoshop), and you get more than your money's worth (it's cheap)!
As for the help, it's easy to use, full of great images, and answers your questions without having to wade through information you don't need or is irrelevant.
If you are looking for software that's easy to use, inexpensive, and fun - look no further!
