"at selling price a good basic graphics card !"
Pros: Good value resonable display capabilities
Cons: uses your memorey off proccessor
Summary: I was not fully informed when buying my new Dell PC ,the ATI Radeon X300SE 128M.B. HyperMemorey which was actually a upgrade fron the intergrated graphics that came with the system. However if I knew what I now know I would have spent a little more for a 256M.B. card PCI-E ! However I must say that the X300SE has been a hard worker and has never casued any problems for me or my PC ,I even added a ATI TV Tuner card the ATI TV Wonder Elite w/550 Theather Chip a very highly recomended TV Tuner card .At some point I will upgrade ,I do not use my PC for gaming ,I have gaming systems for that Sony Play Station, Xbox360 and a couple of hand helds, the Sony PSP and Sony SP ! For now Iam keeping the X300SE ,at some point I may upgrade however for now its holding its own and when I pop in a DVD to watch on my 19" Flat Panel screen its hard to imagine a better picture !Updated
The picture wheen I play a DVD or view photo's is outstanding ! However if someone was to buy this card to play graphic intense high speed games they would be disappointed ,this card was not desighned for this .If you know what toexpect for the card you will be pleasantly pleased by its performance !
