Summary: I got this card as a gift, as I have wanted one for a long time. The concept is terrific.
Great graphics and a TV tuner to use as PVR. However, in reality it is a disappointment. I have had problems with this card from day one. Updating drivers is not for the inexperienced. There are too many components to the software that have to be installed, in the correct order, that it is easy to end up without a bootable computer. ATI even has a downloadable uninstaller because the usual methods don't work.
I have yet to really enjoy watching TV (using my remote)especially recording. The guide doesn't provide the right channels and to correct this is not intuitive. I really can't recommend this card unless you like working on your computer, because that's what you will end up doing.
