Pros: Quiet and very fast

Cons: Took some effort for the desktop software to recognize the card but this was a software issue not the fault of the card but the programmers of the software

Summary: Graphic files show rapidly and correctly. Adobe Photoshop is in some filters is ten times faster or mor as GPU can be enabled to work as a sidecar for numbers crunching. The software is much more stable with this graphics option than before installing it. I considered increasing RAM beyond the 10 gig I have but now see that it was inadequate graphics card that was the issue. This card has just extended the life of this 2008 desktop Mac Pro for the foreseeable future. It is thus a bargain for a graphics professional. No matter that Apple did not support its use. It does work a treat!
