Summary: Since when is it cheating to tune your drivers to optimize test performance? This has been going on since benchmarks came out. The real issue is how well does it perform in real world use, and it appears from the tests I've seen elsewhere that the nVidia card outperforms the ATI card as was suggested by most of the original tests here. The updated tests reflect less of a change in performance than I would have expected if there was real cheating going on. And by the way, to those of you who think it is just nVidia trying to cheat us away from ATI, remember that ATI "tuned" their drivers to improve performance on the test as well, they just didn't do as good of a job. If any manufacturer tells you they don't tune their drivers for the benchmarks, they are LYING. The benchmarks are what sell the cards here. Not tuning your drivers is plain stupid.
