    "PNY deos not support their product"

    Pros: None Whatsoever

    Cons: Nonexistant support

    Summary: As a computer professional that has been servicing and maintaining equipment for over 25 years, I have never seen a company that refuses to help a customer like PNY has done. They refused to support a video card that I purchased even though it has a lifetime warranty. All I needed was a bios file, and they don't support their product.

    My recommendation to everyone... stay away from PNY.
