"If you can get one that works you might like it. But that's an big IF!"
Pros: It's better than a hybrid NVidia 6150
Cons: PNY just CAN'T seem to make a good product!
Summary: I seriously regret buying this card! I had my first one almost a month when the GPU started acting up and eventually conked out and went black. I eventually got a replacement from PNY under warranty (since it was outside the brick and mortar's return policy by only 2-days) but now the second replacement card is starting to act up too. Both cards were tested using PC Pitstop (www.pcpitstop.com) and both initially scored about 95% performance when first installed. But now, my second 7900GS is scoring very low with 2D and it's lucky to get a performance over 50% and achieve a pixel rate of 150MP/s which is half or less than half what it should be; it should get around 300MP/s or better. Even after only 45-days of use even the fan occasionally sounds like it's trying to grind coffee or something! It really looks like PNY just can't make a descent video card. That's TWO 7900GS video cards down and I have yet to obtain one that WORKS (or works normally) from PNY!
My suggestion to anyone considering this or any PNY product, DON'T DO IT! I also recall having had bad experiences with some of PNY's memory products a few years ago too. My mistake (here) was thinking that PNY had changed their act and started making quality products again. Apparently not! So if you just have to buy an NVidia 7900GS video card at least stay away from PNY's stuff. The real bottom line here is that PNY STILL MAKES JUNK!
...And I won't even go into the horror stories with PNY's customer support either. About the only good thing I can say is that they have pretty music to listen to while you waste your whole day on hold!
