"Tungsten E Unreliable" on
Pros: As an early adopter of the Palm (I still often refer to it as a Pilot) platform, I was looking for a replacement for my old reliable IIIc (the battery was failing after 2 1/2 years of daily use) in Fall 2003 when the Tungsten E was introduced. It looked

"Good for text writting" on by Justin111
Pros: IR, 32mb of memory, SD slot, sharp color screen, price
Cons: slow, out dated
Summary: I've had this product for about 7 months and I wish I had done my research before buying this product. The battery life sucks, the preocessor is slow and on and on. On the other hand It's a great Palm but I wish I hadn't boaught it when I did, it would of been better if it was compared to Palms 3 years ago. If you're going to buy a palm don't buy the updated Tungsten E2, it's not much better then this one, infact hold out for a couple of months, I smell an update for the Tungsten T5 which is what I'm looking at upgrading to but I want to wait to see what comes out. Palm is a great compony which makes great products, you should defently buy from palm becuase unlike pocket PC's there are more freeware programs. If you're looking at a palm you should go with the Tungsten T5 or the Lifedrive, although these will put a big hole in your wallet. Overall this tungsten E by Palm one deserves an eh..

Pros: Screen resolution and ease of use
Cons: Stops working after a few months.
Summary: I received this as a gift and after only 3 months it just stopped working. Check out the palmone website and you will find many people have had similar problems.
Get a Dell or anything other than this piece of crap. -
"The Perfect PDA" on by mai109
Pros: Great PDA. I had another PDA and the screen went blank. When I got the Tungsten E I was surprised at the color and brightness. This is perfect for buissness and General Use. MP3 function is great also
Cons: Low Battery Life. Only lasts about 90 min.

"Zero Reliability" on
Pros: Truly a wonderful idea (great screen, terrific features) at a nice price point. Too bad Palm One can't execute the plan.
Cons: When you can not build a reliable product and you have really bad customer service, the outcome for your customer is filled with disappointment, lost time, and wasted money. I've had TWO E's in the last 13 months that have now frozen, completely dead. Fi
