Pros: I love the PDA, battery life could be better, but that is why you CHARGE it. You won't lose data if you CHARGE it when it says "low battery"...come on people. Is it that hard? If you lose data, its because you dont charge the PDA and do any backups to
Cons: My unit broke, sent in on Friday Aug 20, still waiting for a return shipment (Friday Aug 27) On the phone there are still some people who have no clue what they are doing, but some actually do. Average wait time on the phone is 5 min.
