Can I give a negative numberby KellyLeia - January 26, 2007
Pros: Moderately faster that creative's software
Cons: Everything else
Review:
So the product didn't really do what it claimed to. I emailed tech support several times asking for some help, got no response. I then got fed up and asked for a refund, with no response. Dispute at paypal, with no response. Can't do a claim because that's only on the delivery of items. So i'm out 25 bucks, which at this point is so long gone, it's the principal of the thing. DO NOT BUT PRODUCTS FROM RED CHAIR SOFTWARE!!!

This Stinks!by wizzzzbang - June 11, 2006
Pros: Able to sort and organize files (which is why I bought it)
Cons: Crashes almost immediately upon opening. Support is Non-Existant
Review:
Don't waste your $25! I've submitted one tech support report every month since February and have gotten zero response. I'm unloading it now. It has barely worked at all and every upgrade has made it worse.

Marketing Hype. Little Value.by plutonis - April 20, 2006
Pros: Small installation size.
Cons: Just doesnt work as advertised.
Review:
I have to agree that this software is a lemon. It hypes itself by comparing itself to Creative Play Center. That's sneaky and rediculous. It should be compared to Creative Media Source, which works much better, especially if you want to stream your jukebox through your PC via USB. Notmad's steaming feature is ok for a single track, beyond which it stalls and crashes. There is no support for dissatisfied users. The features it brags about mostly are full of bugs. After you buy the software you learn that these are 'known issues' and there has not been an upgrade in six months. Creative Media Source organises and streams much better, and Creative updates its software and firmware regularly. Note also that to use Notmad you STILL have to install Creative Jukebox drivers. It does very little and they offer no support.
I was no fan of Creative Software but having tried both, and having been burned by the no-reply customer service, I suggest you save the money towards a new player or a nice dinner, and use the Creative software.
For a company that markets by putting down Creative Software products, RedChair has a lot to learn about quality and satisfaction.

Should come in the box!!!by grnthumb - May 18, 2005
Pros: very fast transfers. Does not crash my computer when making large transfers
Cons: needs a player, ripper, built in to make it the complete package
Review:
I love my zen touch player, however the software that it came with SUCKS!!! Someone at creative should be taken out behind the barn and shot for releasing that junk!!(In my opinion, for the crazy people, this is just a figure of speach and I do not condon the shooting of anybody) This program is a savior, cause it works as advertised!!! And adds features that should have come with the zen touch to begin with, like being able to take mp3s off of the player, being able to delete entire albums, playlists, and artists... not one song at a time. And it does not crash if you try to transfer more than 5 gig at a time.

Great Time Saver!by rikkii - March 5, 2005
Pros: Works like a champ! Much better then Nomad bundle. The best part about is to mass change the ID tags by selecting and editing the album title or album name. It immediately updates my Zen XTRA 60gb
Cons: None so far. Just got it and love it already!
Review:
The nice thing about this software is time I will save as I transfer 1500 CDs into my jukebox and make my wife happy by putting the CDs away. The mass update feature is the biggest time saver, as once songs are transferred to my jukebox, I can mass alter the band, album, category and year, so that I have everyhthing categorized properly. It will make it easy to pull up things on the jukebox by any of these tags. Worth the $25 for sure!!!
