"Drive will not power up. Just repeats a tone noise"
Pros: worked fine up until it would not power up anymore
Cons: obviously not very reliable

Pros: the advertised 500GB...but it should come with a 500GB for a limited time until the drive fails warning!
Cons: I have had the drive for almost one year. The drive no longer works. It just makes a continuous tone and will not show up in windows explorer. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Pros: One would like this product if it did what it was designed to i.e. reliably hold your data.
Cons: Drive failed within 3 months of purchase. It was sitting in one place all along. It did not fall nor was it moved from where it was placed. It sounds like a mechanical failure (constant clicking sound). Data retrieval is very expensive. SCREWED!
