"Poor quality and no support from Simple Tech"
Pros: None that I can see
Cons: Slow transfer time and stopped connecting after one month
Summary: The product failed after one month. Simple Tech support is non-existent (and I suppose that's why it's free and unlimited). No one response to phone contacts or email request for assistance. For a plug and play it sure didn't play. In addition, the backup transfer of 20 gigs took over six hours. I wouldn't call this speedy by any means. The product should be pulled from the market.
