"Clear sounding but not close to enough bass" on by dericrexchan

    Pros: -Clear sound
    -Nice price
-If you're new to head phones, this is a pretty good selection
    -Quite detailed
    -Decent isolater
    -Sweet design
    -ok comfort

    Cons: -SO LITTLE BASS
-slips out of your ear...alot. Lost one of the ear pieces because of it.
    -Can't be cleaned
    -only ok comfort
    -Annoys after a while
-If you like me love rap, these definitely aren't the best choices within the price range.

Summary: I have had these for about 6 months now. When I got these, I still wasn't knowledgeable of head phones so I got these. They turned out to be very good and comfortable but after a while. They started slipping out way too much. They also lacked of good bass They had good detail but I would have imagine they give a bit more bass. I got the for $79.99 but now they are for under $30 at amazon so I think they are pretty worth it. Things to keep in mind:
    Slip out alot
    Not enough bass
    Clear sound
    Not for audiophile
    Ok for flights
    Very good for portability
Includes four sets of ear buds-Small, medium, large, duo flange.

Oh and its not for sport uses

There was a video on amazon(etymonic isolators) that told you the best way to wear head phones.. SO MUCH BETTER! blocks out more sound and has a thump that is semi there. Its free and improves your headphone perfomance by so much.

"Good for Classic rock, horrid for rap and hip hop." on by evogibson

Pros: clear all through the frequency range, good punchy bass.

Cons: Price, fit, mine blew out already (purchased 9-17-09, today is 12-2-09).

Summary: These are not $80 dollar head phones, if i had to offer a price, i would offer $48 for em. Drivers still play highs and mids great, but the low end is blown out. I listen to a wide range of music (The Doors, Metallica, The Police, Tegan and Sarah, U2) and i have to say, they perform best with U2, the Police, and the Doors. I did listen to some hip hop and rap with them, and that may have contributed to the short lived nature of them. If you have the resources, buy a set of Klipsch S4 ear buds. they aren't worth 80 bucks, they are worth more like 180, plus cover charge ;).
