Apple In-Ear (White)

Pros: Excellent sound,

Cons: Difficult to find proper fit

Summary: I've fiddled with these headphones on three seperate occasions, and was not able to get even close to a secure fit until moments ago. The key (for me, anyway) seems to be to push moderately hard and twist the headphones with almost a one qusrter downward turn into my ear. Start with the wire facing forward and then twist until the wire is hanging straight down. The fit is somewhat secure judging by the light tugs I'm giving the wire, and the sound is great. I should also note that I now use medium buds, which actually felt like the WORST fit when I initially inserted them.

Even though I'm now finding a decent fit, I'm still giving these headphones a low score because of the trouble it takes to find the fit and the precariousness of their remaining in place. The people using these headphones will most likely be on the move and, like me, taking them headphones on and off repeatedly throughout the day. No one wants to fidget for a minute with their headphones for five or ten minute walks and subway rides, or worry the headphones will constantly be falling out while they're working out.

Apple has always been known for having products that "just work", without bothersome setups and steep learning curves. This product, while a relatively simple one, doesn't "just work" as it should.
