    Pros: Sound is killer, noise reduction is the best I have heard (on 4th set of hps), free replacement in the first year - no questions asked. Folding design saves space compared to the older version.

    Cons: I had to have my set replaced because of cracks in the plastic head band. Need a lot of power to drive them. I had a Treo 600 and needed a headphone amp to hear well on a plane.
