"Decent sound, appalling customer service"
Pros: Comfortble, decent sound quality, noise cancelling does seem to work well.
Cons: First pair faulty, second pair had same fault, customer service useless and can't even buy replacement parts. For something this price and allegedly this quality, the back up is essentially non-existent ,it's just not worth taking risk buying them.

"Noise canceling is great, comfortable after 6 Hr Flt"
Pros: I find in a quiet environment they sound best with the electronics off. On a flight the noise cancellation was amazing. It takes about one second to activate. I was upset for that one second thinking that they did not work. Then WOW!
Cons: They do emit some sound however on a flight no one can hear it with the noisy environment. However, I took them off turned them up and held the open earpiece a foot away from my ear and I could not here them at all in flight..
