"Very good product." on by greg3305
Pros: No cords!!! Great quality audio when paired with devices that support A2DP.
Cons: Earpieces are not hinged; fit perhaps a bit too tight.
Summary: Let's get one thing cleared up right away: these will not match the sound quality of a high-end, $300 set of Bose wired stereo headphones. If you're that big of an audiophile, you shouldn't be looking at anything wireless.
However, if you simply want wireless freedom and don't mind a little give and take when it comes to sound quality, the CB2530 is for you. While the sound may not match other expensive wired headphones, it's still very good. I haven't had a problem with volume, but then again I haven't tried to blow out my eardrums. Range is quite good; I've wandered as far as 20-25 meters away with no hiccups. My only complaint with these headphones is that they are somewhat of a tight fit and the earpieces aren't hinged. This makes prolonged use slightly uncomfortable, especially for those with larger heads. Other than that, I couldn't be happier.
One other note: Creative insists that you have to use the included dongle, and that the headphones cannot be paired directly with a bluetooth-enabled music player. This is entirely untrue; the headphones can be paired with any device that supports the A2DP profile and the Audio Sink service. The passkey is 0000. I find that both range and audio quality are better when the devices are paired directly. -
"better product then expected" on by rskipk
Pros: decent sound, simple to set up,good build quality
Cons: a little hard to get a comfortable adjustment
Summary: After reading the few reviews I could find I wasn't expecting much when I ordered these headphones from Amazon. I usually use my Sennheiser PX100 with my Zen Vision M so I wanted something at least close to the sound from my wired set. To be honest I think Creative did a decent job with these phones and I am happy overall with the ease of use, sound quality, and of course, NO Wires!!.
They don't come close to matching the PX100 but they sound good just the same. I'm listening to compressed music like most everyone else and I am not that hard to please so I felt I needed to give my two cents worth and say that Creative put out a decent product and for the money I think they are a good buy.
Othere models I was looking at were higher in price and several had built in microphones which I didn't want. You can find these headphones new at Amazon for around $100.00 but I have also seen them advertised by private sellers for as low as $50.00 new. Creative won me over with the Zen Vision M so that is the main reason I took the chance on these and I am happy with the product. -

"Cut-out after a few minutes of use." on by Bizily
Pros: None. Mine didn't work.
Cons: Heavy. Don't work.
Summary: I had these for two days. I used them for about an hour the first day and they worked OK. They are kind of heavy, though. The next day they stopped working correctly. The sound would cut-out after a few minutes of use. This wasn't due to interference, because this same problem occurred at home and at the office.

"A poor effort from Creative" on by curtmorg
Pros: Fair price, good bass response
Cons: Poor high end, cuts out, heavy.
Summary: Only moderate sound quality, good bass but I had to turn my equalizer high freq. sliders all the way up to get close to good sound from these. Head phones with two AAA batteries become heavy, don't turn your head too fast. Range is really only about 10-15 feet. On a bike ride around the neighborhood sound cuts out every few minutes as you go through electrically noisy areas. Ear pads are mounted on plastic swivels which click when you go over bumps. Best used for stationary, late night TV watching. Disappointed!
