    Pros: Soft, spacious, clear, soundstage

    Cons: Heavier than usual headphones.

Summary: Ok.. I own the 325, and my friend owns the 325i. I compared the two listening to iPod 30gb Video player, Culture Club, 192Kb sampling, song is "Time".

The 325i sounds softer, more like an analog sound, rather than a ripped digital MP3. Personally, I like the softer analog sound. If you look closely inside the woofer, the 325i has a greenish-tint; the 325 has a clear non-colored tint.

The gold 325i sure looks prettier!

I'd recommend to rotate the foam liners 1/4 turn each time you put them on. This will create even-wear-and-tear, and also keep your ear lobes from hurting too much.
