"Affordable high end open-air headphones" on
Pros: These headphones produce incredible sound quality. If you are lucky enough to have a dealer around you, give them a try and you will be impressed. I decided to go with the 125 because they are a nice balance of affordability and improvement over the sr6
Cons: I gave these a value rating of 7 because for almost $100 more than the SR-60s, the improvement is really nothing that's going to blow anyone away. If you want to save some money, go with the 60's. Another drawback of these headphones is their "open-air"

"Fantastic. With ipod and on home system (Benchmark DAC)." on
Pros: Right price, detailed, transparent, dynamic sound.
Cons: Won't fit in my Ipod bag.

"NOT a contender" on
Pros: They're relatively light weight -- in more ways than one.
Cons: I bought the SR125s and wanted to like them, but the lack of transparency, shrill high end and lack of "warmth" made me return them for a pair of Sennheisers. Haven't looked back...

"Grado makes the Best Earphones EvAr!" on
Pros: Seriously, Grado makes the best earphones ever. Their SR60 model sounds years better than any earphone in it's price class, a lot better than it has a right to sound. I have the SR60s, the SR325s and the RS2s. The SR60s are perfect for portable earphones,
Cons: Open-Air design is the only thing I don't like about these headphones.
