"Unbeatable in this price range." on

Pros: You would have to spend considerably more than $95 to get a different set of headphones that matches the quality of the Grado SR-80s. Personally, I like the retro look, and the more you wear the 'phones the more comfortable they become-they will eventual

Cons: Expose the flaws in MP3 files and older recordings. (not really a big con though!)

"Best headphones in the price range." on by Portal12

Pros: Beautiful sound stage. You can hear everything.

    Cons: Cords tangle easy.

Summary: I tried everything in the price range and these won out. Some might find them uncomfortable, but I can't even tell they're on my head. I've have them on well over 6 hours at a time and I don't even notice. I see a lot of compared headphones with higher ratings than these. I can't really agree with any of them. Go out and try some at your local dealer, you will be amazed. They're the only choice in this range, IMO.

"Awesome sound, horribly uncomforatable" on by depichu

Pros: 1. You won't find better sound at this price but... (see cons)
    2. Great highs, mellow mids, and surprisingly warm bass, however... (see cons)
    3. The looks will definitely make you stand out, with the sock mod or yellow cups, I guess.. (see cons)

Cons: 1. You will find much more comforatable cans, that's for sure.
    2. As warm as the bass is, even with an amp they never get powerful as I need it for some albums/genres.
    3. But that's up to other people to decide if it's fashion forward or not.

Summary: 1. I love these headphones, they sound amazing and to me that's all I'm buying a set of cans for.
    2. If I really needed overflowing, tense and impowering bass performance, I'll stay at home and work on a home theatre/home hifi setup.
    3. (see no 1.)

Bottom line is, with love and care, these headphones are among the best in it's price range and maybe even better than some 200$ cans I've bought. But without modifications and care for the cans, they can break easily and disappoint the general consumer. Over time, the sounds these cans produce make every bit of slight maintenance worth it. I would of given a 3 to follow a standard, but I personally love these damn cans.

"Sound disappearing on left ear" on by perkn

Pros: This is the most irritating product that I've ever bought.

Cons: Some time after I bought these f*** headphones the sound on my left ear keeps fading out. This happens after a while every time I listen to music for a while. It's so f** irritating.I wouldn't recommend these headphones to anyone.
