"Jaybird does NOT stand behind their product!"
0.5 starson by natejulsonPros: Good sound, good blue tooth, light weight
Cons: Dependability. Lousy warranty policy! $169 for disposable earphones
Summary: I truly loved these when I got them. Best blue tooth earphones I had seen. Then they completely died on me in month three. Jaybird replaced them and I was happy again - until 4 months later the new set died. Jaybird policy says the warranty on the replaced earphones is only 3 months! I had two sets die inside the original warranty and they refuse to replace the second pair. I can only assume they know that their product only lasts 3 months at a time. These turned out to be the most expensive disposable earphones ever.

Hey man, whoever told you that must have been LYING to you. I am having a similar issue and demanded that they send me their warranty info, here it is:
We warrant that Jaybird branded products purchased by you from this site (1) will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original shipment or purchase from an authorized reseller, as determined by the date on the original packing slip or original receipt of authorized reseller; and (2) will not fail because of perspiration for the expected life of the product, as determined by Jaybird in its sole discretion (the "Limited Warranty"). As used above, the phrase "fail because of perspiration" means that the electronics in the product cease to function as a direct result of the effects of perspiration and excludes other causes of failure, including without limitation broken wires, cracked casings, and dead batteries, even if they may have some indirect relation to perspiration.
