"What noise canceling?" on by subrata
Pros: Decent sound, great design, tight fit
Cons: Non existent noise cancellation
Summary: The earphones sound great though they can be a bit tight around your ears. The sound is great untill you throw the noise cancellation switch. The phones emit a low hiss which does absolutely nothing to either enhance the quality of sound or cut ambient noise. If you are looking for a noise cancellation headphones, this is not it. If you are looking for a simple headphone, foldable and all, there are other cheaper choices. I returned mine to J&R and upgraded to a Bose Triport.

Noise canceling headphones like these only cancel out certain constant sounds like the engine roar on an airplane or the bus. No noise canceling headphones are going to cancel out talking or noises like that.

But I thought the Bose Triports weren't noise-cancelling headphones. Did you just give up on that feature?
