Summary: At first I couldn't hear the bass but after checking Klipsch's website, I learned how to wear them right. Quoting the website, you have to "insert the ear tip (while connected to the nozzle) into the ear canal, gently rotate it left and right and then slightly pull it back..." Now the sound is amazing!
