Pros Excellent Sound Quality, Comfortable, Great Packaging. Most importantly, you don't have to blast the music to get great quality sound. Great balance of high, low, and mid-range sounds.
Cons Not sure about durability. Only time will tell. Price was a bit expensive, but i got a great deal on Amazon ($200.73).
Summary I recently purchased the Klipsch Custom looking for high-end headphones. I wear headphones at work 50% of the time so I wanted to enjoy my music with incredible sound quality. I currently own Bose QuitComfort's and V-Moda's and compared them all to the Klipsch Custom. Hands Down the Kilpsch Custom where noticeably better. You can hear so much detail in the music. Most importantly, I can hear great quality sound without having to jack up the volume. At the volume's midway point, i hear great quality sound and don't have to worry about blowing up my ear drums.I actually bought the Klipsch Image but accidentally in my review mentioned the Custom
While I find the Bose QuiteComforts to have excellent sound quality, there is a lack of sound clarity that is found in the Klipsch. Every sound is so crisp that is makes it easy to escape and enjoy the music. As for the V-Moda, i find that the Klipsch handles the wide range of sounds so much more effectively. The V-Moda's offered great bass sound but lacked high and mid-range sounds that are so apparent once you plug the Klipsch Custom's into your ears.
The casing is great. There is a mini case and a larger case. There are several sizes of ear buds so finding the perfect fit is not a problem. Once they are in your ears, you will forget they are there.

Pros Big sounding headphones with spectacular soundstage presentation that no other current top ear-canal headphone can match. Excellent clarity and detail in treble and mid-range. Full bass extension. Speed and rhythm also first rate. Ultra comfortable.
Cons As laid out in CNET's review, bass detail is at times not as good as other top-of the-line models from Shure, UE, or Etymotic.
Summary With the uncanning ability to throw a huge and wide soundfield with solid imaging that totally envelopes the listener, the Image truly lives up its' name. While many review focus mostly on specific areas of performance such as treble, midrange, and bass, what is most important is the headphone's overall ability to give a complete "audio picture" of the music. In this respect, the Image does a better job than any other current top ear-canal headphones. Highly recommended.
"Klipsch image are AMAZING for overall sound - they are not Klipsch's "top of the line" earphones"on by Josh BSN
Pros Bass response, clarity, comfort, sound isolation, weight
Cons They do the job they were meant to do
Summary Excellent purchase if you love music but don't pride yourself on hearing the very small details - if you want the earphones that beat the Etymotic ER-4P - do your research and get Klipsch's "top of the line" Custom 3's. Those are the earphones to get for the more discerning ear.
Pros They fit like a dream - I had a pair of Etymotics before and these are so much more comfortable. The wires don't tangle at all thanks to the slider, and as I said the sound is beautiful although I am no audiophile and can't get into details.
Cons If the music isn't playing, you can still pretty much hear everything around you which could be a good thing. But when the music is on, I can't hear a thing even at lower volumes.
Summary Comfortable and brilliant sound, but not as isolating as I'd like, but I got them on sale for $180 so they're definitely worth that!
Pros Great sound, extreme comfort, lightness, good noise-reduction, design, tangle-free cable, accessories. Deep-bass but great treble too.
Cons slightly expensive, curved stereo jack may not be as long-lived as a straight, regular one, especially if you're using the headphones with an Iphone/iPod touch that goes in the pocket.
Summary Great product, I recommend it to anyone who puts sound quality before anything else. And they're so lightweight you'll be wondering if you're wearing them or not.
