Pros The earbuds themselves are positioned just at the edge of the ear and so are not invasive. The technology shoots the sound down the canal and seems to be distortion free. I have very small canals and inserted earbuds tend to hurt me or just fall out
Cons Can't sleep with these on. The "behind the ear" holders just aren't comfortable for that. Because you need to "hook" these behind your ear, they take a little time to put on, but well worth the trouble. Not meant to compete in a "High Noise" area.
Summary As explained, my small ear canals limit my use of in-ear buds. I have tried many, both higher end and inexpensive, but the result is the same. Imagine my joy when I bought these from KOSS and discovered a GOOD fit as well as Excellent sound with very little distortion at the high end. Good bass. I am VERY pleased. I am thinking of getting a second pair in case KOSS stops making these.
"Great sound"on by gwchemguy
Pros Sound quality great. Very good fit
Cons Might be heavy for some
Summary I bought these out of desperation from crushing my ipod earbuds. These have a much better sound and are relatively cheap. I've listened to my ipod and computer with them and both sound excellent. They might be too heavy for someone who is looking exclusively for an exercise earbud, but they fit well in my ear and the adjustable wraparounds make the fit even tighter. I would highly subject these earbuds to anyone looking for a fairly inexpensive set of everyday earbuds.
"good but bulky"on by wilder212
Pros good quality sound
Cons too large and slightly uncomfortable
Summary I bought these because my iPod headphones were falling off all the time at the gym and I wanted someting that would stay put. Well, they do stay put and the sound is better than my iPod headphones. But they are slightly uncomfortable and the part that goes over your ear hangs down so far past my ear it looks like I'm wearing earrings! Long dangly, earrings.
