"Good earphones, lousy service"

Cons no controls for ipod/iphone, lousy service.
Summary I damaged my earphones and returned them for repair. There's a one time lifetime guarantee on the product. So far they've sent me damaged ear-phones twice, presumably replacing my earphones with refurbished garbage they've never tested. Would never purchase form this company again.
