"Cannot beat the built in durability for the money."
Pros: Design, comfort very durable. cord design. Sound is very good. Price ranges from $6 to 11 bucks on ebay. Great Value.
Cons: None for me. Some pro reviews say the sound quality is not so good but i have nothing to compare to because i do not want to buy headphones that have cords on both sides rather than one such as the Koss ksc75.

Pros: The neckband style is comfortable. The sound quality it great at all volume levels. The braided nylon/cotton or whatever is durable and doesn't get bent out of shape like plastic or rubber cords. Cord to one ear piece instead of both is convenient.
Cons: reflective material on neckband wears off quickly. Sound quality failure at jack for no apparent reason.
