"how much once again?"4.5 starson by halamato
Pros: lightweight, comfortable, gr8 design, its price!!!...
Cons: just one bad i founf so far ...the cable
Summary: I don't regret my choice. I found these on the net. As i first just saw these cans on a picture, I've stopped looking for other. After readig of some reviews I just had to buy 'em. Surprised? NO. But happy to say that also not disappinted. They fit well, are lightweight, precisely manufactured, and materials seem to be more than of expected qality. But now what it is all about... the sound. Well. they play GR8 for what purpose I bought em, ehich is listeng to music while sitting in office and doing graphics. I do have HD270's (bought for my father =))and although i am no hi-fi freak...I do listen to music on my yamaha set often...I can tell that the sound is not the DJ's cans quality. But!!! When I tested them, i first put theese 201's on and had to crank the sound up to find flaws...to be honest... i did find the snare and crash cymbal a bit crappy. But not undesirable. Just after comparing them to the 270 series i heard some difference. The thing is now that the 270's did cost more than five times the cost of these 201 series. And a gr8 thing too is that theesee cnas perfectly play also with my sony MD, and the djs dont =). One flaw i found is the cable which when listening to quiet or some ambient music and mixing with the cable the material transmits the bumps onto the earphone body...and it sounds then like if I was tapping on the earpads (or whatever do you englishmen call it =) ) MY FINAL OPINION IS...BUY THEM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE CASH 4 SOME HIGH END WHICH PEOPLE ANYWAYS DON'T NEED FOR MOST USES. I HIGHKY RECCOMEND THEM. AFTER ALL_YOU WILL BE A OWNER OF S E N N H E I S E R __GET IT? =)
