"So good, it hurts" on
Pros: Listening to these cans is like the very first time I put on prescription glasses. It takes a while to get used to such quality sound; it actually hurts! You will hear things you never knew existed. Blocks out as much noise as noise-cancelling 'phones. Ca
Cons: Weird looking.

"A great set of headphones" on
Pros: I am hearing things that I never heard in the music before...A really great well balanced sound. You will not be disappointed. They also sound great on my IPOD.
Cons: I still looking for a con and can't find it.

"Proficient." on
Pros: -Very good sound for price -Long cables for dvd players -Good noise-cancelling -Perfect for around $100 I watched lots of dvds' with this in my dorm and its GREAT. It cancels out noise from other rooms in my dorm and it provides clear, detailed sound.
Cons: -SLIGHTLY tight -Head band tends to crack -Not best looking -A bit bulky Foldable, but not portable.
-
"One of the better bang for the buck headphones" on
Pros: 32 db passive sound attenuation, nearly flat frequency response, detailed sound for the price, low price especially at the $99 street price (low for true audiophiles).
Cons: Might be a tight fit for some, slightly light on bass, minimal closed headphone colorations, high price for the casual listener.

"great headphones except for the design flaw" on by saxplaya13
Pros: great noise cancellation, awesome sound
Cons: major design flaw, previously used by Mickey Mouse
Summary: I know I put great noise cancellation in my pros column. For those of you who are Webster Jesters, I know that these headphones aren't actually noise canceling, but I don't hear outside noise when I put them on, so for me, that's noise canceling.
Now that I've got that off my chest, I would like to commend Sennheiser for its work put into these headphones. They cover my ears, which I personally like, and they are durable and bendable (so far). HOWEVER! these headphones were previously used by Mickey Mouse. What I mean by that is that if you put these headphones on, you look like you have Mouse ears. There have also been reviews about these headphones looking like "a small animal making a nest on your head" That is true as well. They are extremely bulky, so they sort of look like 80's headphones. I previously wrote a review on the Bose QC3 headphones. While I still don't like those headphones, I was inaccurate on some of the comments I made. For that, I deeply apologize. These headphones have wonderful sound production and work seemlessly with an iPod. But truly, dont take these headphones into public areas unless you are trying to promote Disney World to 5-year-olds. They are truly not worth $200 because of this design flaw. But, since they were only 74 bucks on shipdog.com, I bought them. I have been really satisfied with them, I just regret the design flaw, that's all. Please don't take this review as being fan-boyish or insulting. This is just my PERSONAL OPINION. Please keep that in mind.
