Pros: Fantastic high end speaker sound; suprisingly good bass from a headphone; manages to create an almost natural soundstage for home theater; lets you turn it up when the wife and kiddos are asleep
Cons: not quite as comfy as expected and as others had suggested. The side pressure on my head seems a little high; am trying to stretch them a little to see if that helps

Pros: The sound is just ok, not as good as my other brands. They look nice.
Cons: Not comfortable. Maybe if you have a small head these would feel ok. There is no way to adjust the vise-like pressure against your head; the head band is not maleable. I cracked mine trying to not make it feel like a vise.
