Pros: A lot of people have written here and elsewhere about the difficulty of getting a good fit and the lack of bass. The fit does take some experimentation - I couldn't get it to work despite trying all the various sleeves. Fortunately, this model is designed

    Cons: Frustrating at first

Obviously this person thought a rating of 1 means the best rating. Just read their post and you'll know they meant 10.

must say I’m really happy with these headphones. I have a pair of E3c's and have never found a good fit no matter what i tried they fell out during a workout. The wire also would not wrap around the top of my ear, and not allow for wearing the wire behind the head.
The e2c's though older models are significantly different in shape, from the e4's and e3's.
The wire comes out in the forward position, finally allowing me to wear the wire behind my head. They work much better for me. Sound is superb.
I'm a happy camper.

If you were satisfied after learning how to use them, why did you give the phones a 1 rating?
