Pros: Great sound
the cord can be removed from the headphones which increases its durability and makes it easier to carry.
A+ for isolation, i barely hear a thing in the metro.

Cons: i wear it pretty much all day long listening to music while at work and the only con i can think of is a bit of uncomfort at the ears, they kinda rub on the inside of the earcup and it hurts a bit but with time you get used to it so, no big deal.
