Pros: None! The quality is bad and the warantee and customer service is even worse!

Summary: We bought a pair of $75 Skullcandy headphones for my son for Christmas. They didn't work well, so we contacted them for an RMA to return them for either repair of replacement. We sent them back, and after not hearing anything for a month, tried to contact them to see what was going on. We sent repeated emails, with no reply from them. We tried calling their toll free number, and got put on hold for about an hour, only to be hung up on after they finally answered. After repeating this several times, they finally answered and said they would send out a replacement pair right away. Another month went by with nothing, so we tried to contact them again, going through the same hurdles to get through. When we finally got through, they told us that that particular model was no longer available, and we would have to pick something else. We told them we paid $75 for them, and they could send something comparable (it was a headphone / microphone combo). Another month went by, and still nothing. We contacted them again (again having difficulty getting through), and they told us that we had to pick a color. We told them to just send a black pair. Again, another month goes by, and nothing. We contacted them again and threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau. In mid May, we finally received a replacement for the pair we sent to them in December. We opened up the package to find they sent us a pair of $30 ear buds!!! Very disappointing experience, and I will NEVER buy another pair of Skullcandy headphones ever again.
