Pros: + Going Wireless
+ Superior sound that is excellent for all music genres
+ Kleer technology
+ Excellent noise isolation
+ Can be used as passive headphones
+ Design of transmitter dongle allows for use of devices without need to remove cases
+ Sturdy

Cons: - Headphone controls for track advance/reverse do NOT work when you are using the Syncs wirelessly
- To charge the headphones and the transmitter dongle, you have to use the same charger
- These are pretty big headphones that do not fold up

Summary: I've been using the Sync by 50 for a couple weeks now. In fact, I have them plugged into my MacBook Air right now streaming Pandora as I type this review. Since I also own the Beats Studio as well, I have to say I strongly prefer the Syncs. Here's the reasons why I love the Syncs:

PROS:
+ Totally awesome for Bass-heavy music like Hip-Hop/Rap.
+ Great overall for all genres of music as well.
+ Being wireless is a huge convenience. From use on a plane or just around the house, this is a tremendous plus in my book.
+ Kleer technology provides a perfect, static-free, solid connection that blows away the Bluetooth headphones that I own.
+ Despite the lack of active noise-cancelling, there is excellent noise isolation and I have not been bothered by competing ambient sound.
+ Unlike the Beats which are unuseable without power, the Syncs can be still used with the included cord as passive headphones if you run out of juice.
+ Feel much more durable than the Beats.
+ Very Stylish (especially in white IMO). The flashing blue lights are a nice touch. Also great that you can easily turn the feature off/on if you want.
+ I like that the Kleer transmitter dongle is designed not to run completely flush with an iPhone or Macbook when plugged into the headphone jack. This allows me to use the transmitter perfectly without the need to remove my cases from these devices.

Now for the bad about these...

CONS:
- The headphone controls for track advance/reverse do NOT work when you are using the Syncs wirelessly. I thought my pair was defective until I read the manual. Apparently you can only use these buttons when you are connected via a USB or a 30-pin connector. This is ridiculous since I will never be using these headphones with either of these connections. The whole point of dropping $400 is to be able to go wireless. For 4 bills, I reasonably expected all the features to be able to be utilized in wireless mode.
- To charge the headphones and the transmitter dongle, you have to unfortunately use the same charger. If you're in a time crunch, you better forget about charging these up. For such a high-end product, they should have really designed a dual-charging charger or simply given you 2 chargers.
- These are pretty big headphones that do not fold up like the Beats. Because of this, the travel case is also definitely not as portable as the ones that come with the Beats. You do have to keep in mind that the lack of folding hinges however is the very reason that the Syncs feel much more durable than the Beats.

OVERALL: I feel the pluses really outweigh the negatives. For a truly novel wireless listening experience, I can overlook the design flaws I mentioned. Knowing what I know now, I would easily buy these again and I definitely would purchase these over the Beats if I could only pick one.
