Pros Comfortable, Good sound quality, Cheap, Stay on your ears no matter what you do!
Cons None really, can't give them a 10 because I've heard (and own) better headphones, but they are only $15 and are meant for running
Summary I bought these headphones to go along with my Rio Carbon 6GB mp3 player. I bought them solely for the purpose of running (as I already have a pair of Sony-MDR EX71SL earbuds for everyday casual listening which sound amazing and are extremely comfortable, but aren't good for running), and I am completely satisfied. I even jumped up and down while running and SHOOK MY HEAD FROM SIDE TO SIDE to try to coax these things off and they wouldn't budge! I guarantee you that I could dunk a basketball and these things would still stay put. I have very small ears, so I was surprised at how great these things stayed on. If they fit my ears, they should fit anyones ears. They sound good for a pair of $15 headphones as well. I highly recommend them.
Pros These head phones are comfortable and nearly weightless. I like the fact that I can clip them on and go. Whether I am working out, going on mission or hanging out after work these headphones stay with my MP3 player.
Cons The only issue I have with these phones is the clothing clip. Over time it loosens up and begins to rattle. Not problematic but rather irritating.
Pros Good sound that is directed into your ear canal instead of the body of your ear. Bass is decent. Very affordable. The shirt clip that is included allows for enough slack so that you don't pull your ears off if the cord catches on something.
Cons Not enough base (when is there ever enough with ear buds)
Pros The best headphones for the gym! they are very light and great sounding. the clip for your clothes is very nice when running on the treadmill and keeps the cord out of the way when doing any lifting. the hook design is so much better then any normal ear b
Cons a volume knob on the cloths clip would have been good, but nobodies perfect.
Pros Cost effective. Sony reliability, slightly above average sound quality.
Cons Prone to easily falling out of ear when moving rapidly.
Summary I found these headphones to be well suited for sports activites that dont require much movement, i.e. walking, weight lifting. Yet, if you are planning to run or perform other quick paced actions, I would reccomend looking eleswhere. When moving quickly the plastic earpieces tend to move out from your ears, the earpieces offer no grip. The clips attempt to keep the pieces to your ear, but because of the plastic surface and the shock your body is receiving from the rugged movement, they fall out of your ear quite easily. If the headphones were a combination of clip and earbud design I believe that the grip issue could be solved. Strange that they are marketed on Sony's sports line.
